A long-time resident of the St. Petersburg, Florida area, I’ve been licensed since 2013 and have since become a multi-million-dollar producer. Specializing in first time home buyers, investors, waterfront properties, renters, townhomes and condos and with a vast array of financing programs to accompany these purchases, I have the knowledge and expertise to assist anyone with a real estate need.

Over the years, I have built a solid consumer-centric foundation through employment in the hospitality industry and as a sales manager for over a decade at a tech-based company selling electronic components within the nation and globally. 

This experience has given me strength in helping people achieve their American dream. I also continue to help many investors find the right property to yield significant returns. As someone intimately familiar with Florida and coastal living, I help clients understand important aspects of weather impact on real estate in our region, including flood insurance issues, water depth, bay access, SWIFTMUD permits, mangrove restrictions, and more. 

I also specialize in townhomes and condo buildings, providing clarity around often complex condo rules and regulations, age restrictions, and ADA compliance for example. It’s my goal to make the home buying process as stress-free and easy as possible while keeping in constant communication along the way. 

Outside of Real Estate

I am an avid fisherman, participating in the Florida west coast Kingfish tournaments every year. I also enjoy water sports, golfing and spending quality time with my wife and son in St. Petersburg.
